My FloLogic Gateway Won't Connect to the Internet and the Connection Light Stays Blue After Claiming
Try connecting to a different Ethernet port, and if the light does not turn GREEN, power cycle the device. After a power cycle, if the light stays BLUE please see the process below, as it could be a security in the system.
Understanding Port 8883 Security for Gateway
If you plug your Gateway into your router or an extender and claim it, it should go green. If it gets stuck on a solid blue light, you can try disconnecting the USB-C cable for about 10 seconds and plugging it back in to see if it goes green. If that fails, verify it is not plugged into the modem. If it is still stuck on blue, it is most likely related to Port 8883 on your network. Port 8883 can either be fully opened, or an exception rule can be created for the FloLogic Gateway. Part of the exception rule is creating a static IP address for it. Please see this document below for support in getting connected.
