My FloLogic Appears to Have Lost Connection in my App, or Appears Offline
We recommend power cycling both the gateway and the connect module. To power cycle the gateway remove the usb power source for a few seconds then reconnect.
To power cycle the connect you can either go to the connect module and disconnect the black cable that is plugged into the right port. Reconnect after a few seconds. If that is not accessible, you can go to where the valve is installed and remove the middle (black) connection point for a few seconds and reconnect. It will twist one direction and be removeable.
The connect status light should be green, and after a few moments you may get an online notification.
If the connect status light is not displaying green, you may need to re-pair the Gateway and Connect. To do so Tap the back button on the Gateway that is plugged into the Router/ Access point, and that light will flash purple/or red. Then go to the connect, and push and hold the top button on the right hand side of the Connect until the Connect Status light turns Green.
